Paper War Truce Between Governor, Executive Council

There is a truce between Governor Kelly Ayotte and the Executive Council regarding contract packets.

Ayotte’s push to a paperless system met opposition from Councilor David Wheeler of Milford who prefers paper.

The governor now says any councilor who wants will get paper contracts.

However, still to be worked out is how councilors who prefer paper will get copies because the packets will no longer be delivered to them by state troopers.
