Planned Cuts on Hold at Exeter Hospital

Planned service cuts are on hold for up to six months at Exeter Hospital.

Neurology, pediatric dental and the advanced life support paramedic program were set to end soon.

Hospital officials cited rising costs and what was described as a challenging reimbursement environment.

Attorney General John Formella announced Wednesday the hospital will come up with a transition plan to ensure there is no lapse in patient care.
