Police: Bogus Currency Circulating Throughout Raymond

Police in Raymond have put the word out that counterfeit bills have turned up at some local businesses.

Department sources say all of the counterfeit bills they’ve collected so far have been twenties and have the words ‘copy,’ ‘replica’ or ‘for motion-picture use only’ printed on them.

If you find one of these bogus bills in your wallet or purse, authorities say you should contact Raymond PD.
