Poll: Opinions On NH State Budget Provisions

A poll finds a majority of New Hampshire residents support a provision in the new state budget that bars cell phone use by students during school hours.

However, most are against reduced funding for health and human services and the state’s university system.

Those findings are based on the latest Granite State Poll from the UNH Survey Center.

The poll was conducted earlier this month and has a margin of error of two-point-seven percent.
