Portsmouth Approves 15-30 Minute Daily Free Parking

Users of the ParkMobile app are getting 15-to-30 worth of free parking in Portsmouth each day.

This comes after the City Council approved the motion for residents to enjoy pay-free parking.

City leaders believe the idea will encourage more residents to go downtown for any errands.
