Portsmouth Tall Ships Festival Happening Now

The Portsmouth Tall Ships Festival is underway through Sunday.

A parade of sail up the Piscataqua River to the Memorial Bridge and then to the docks kicked off the weekend.

Tours of the U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle will be available tomorrow through Sunday.
