Portsmouth to Upgrade Downtown Area

The City Council voted unanimously this week to try and finalize an agreement with developer Mark McNabb about his proposal to pay to beautify and upgrade the streetscapes of High and Ladd streets, along with Haven Court.

The proposed improvements would be located near McNabb’s upcoming mixed-use development project at 1 Congress Street, which has already been approved by the city’s land use boards.
