Seabrook Man Arrested After Assault And Fire

A Seabrook man was arrested this week after allegedly assaulting an 87-year-old woman and attacking a police officer while being taken into custody.

Police said 38 year old Darrell Moore fled the scene, and they later learned his home was on fire.

In court yesterday, prosecutors said Moore has an extensive criminal record and was out on bail and probation at the time.

He is being held in preventative detention and is scheduled to be back in court next week
