Sen. Tom Sherman Tells GMNH He Wants To Run For Governor

Democratic State Senator Tom Sherman told Jack Heath this morning he has made up his mind he wants to run for Governor.

Sherman criticized Governor Chris Sununu for not having a plan for New Hampshire to deal with the Delta COVID surge.

“If he wants to claim the credit, that would be a major stretch.   We were not ready.   The Governor’s response is like trying to put plywood on your house during a hurricane”, Sherman said on Good Morning New Hampshire.

Sherman was formed an exploratory committee before he formally announced in about a month.

Sherman served in the House from 2012-2016.
