Senator Shaheen Is Going To Denmark

New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen is going to Denmark.

She is a member of a bipartisan congressional group led by Delaware Senator Chris Coons.

The group will meet with government officials and business leaders from Denmark and Greenland on Friday and Saturday.

The intent of the visit is to show unity with Denmark, a NATO ally, after President Trump’s repeated suggestions that the U.S. take control of Greenland, which is an autonomous Danish territory.
