Sig Sauer Fire Yesterday

The Sig Sauer facility in Exeter was evacuated  yesterday when multiple 3D printing machines caught fire.

Exeter Fire Officials say they were called just before 4 p.m. to the Sig Sauer facility on Industrial Drive in Exeter. When crews arrived, they found one person with burn injuries and equipment on fire.

The victim was flown to a Boston hospital.

It took three hours to get the situation under control.  The investigation continues into the cause of that equipment fire.
