State Employee in Court After Sanbornton DWI

An employee with the Department for Children, Youth, and Families is due in court after being charged with DWI.

According to authorities Kristina Perry was traveling on Interstate 93 in Sanbornton on Friday night when her car struck 24-year-old Gabriel Anthony’s vehicle while it was in the breakdown lane.

Anthony was outside his vehicle at the time and pronounced dead shortly after first responders arrived.

Perry is being held without bail.
