State Trooper Recovering After Being Hurt While on Duty

A State Trooper is continuing to recover after being injured on the job.

The Trooper was on a detail at a construction site in Londonderry Wednesday when their cruiser was hit from behind by a vehicle on Interstate 93 near Exit Four.

The driver of that vehicle and the Trooper were taken to a nearby hospital so they could be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash is under investigation and witnesses are asked to call 603-227-0114.
