Study: NH Rent Up 7.29%

Renting a place to live in New Hampshire is more expensive now than it was a year ago.

A report by Rent.com finds the average cost of rent in the state has increased by about 7.3% in the past 12 months.

It’s up 1.3% month-over-month.

The median rent in the state is about $1,942.
