Super Bowl 56 and Gambling
Super Bowl 56 looks to be the most heavily bet-on game ever, legally at least. The American Gaming Association estimates that $7.6 billion could be riding on the game, with an estimated 31.4 million American adults planning to bet on Sunday’s matchup between the Bengals and the Rams.
The jump in betting is no surprise, since 10 states, including New Hampshire, have launched legal betting markets since last year’s Super Bowl.
