Survey: NH Has Lowest Tax Burden

A new survey ranks New Hampshire as the state with the lowest overall tax burden in the country.

The financial website WalletHub.com compared all 50 states regarding property taxes, individual income taxes, sales and excises taxes.

NH Governor Kelly Ayotte said New Hampshire is the envy of New England and the nation because it’s smart about spending and focused on keeping more money in Granite Staters’ pockets.
