Suspect in Portsmouth Vandalism Turns Himself In
A man is facing charges linked to recent vandalism at Portsmouth’s Temple Israel.
Police say 31-year-old Kevin O’Leary was hit with a single charge of hate-motivated criminal mischief after he allegedly smashed some stained-glass lamps featuring the Star of David outside the State Street facility on April 8th.
A department source says O’Leary remains free after he surrendered to authorities and posted bond.
A court date is pending.
