Suspect Surrendered in Manchester

A 37-year-old man wanted in connection with a shooting incident outside the Alibi Lounge in Manchester has turned himself in.

Witnesses said two men got into an argument on July 25th inside the lounge and were asked to leave.

They said a short time later they heard a gunshot.

Katon Lang is charged with felony reckless conduct and criminal threatening.
