Suspect Wanted in Connection with Manchester Shooting Surrenders

The suspect wanted in connection with a shooting in Manchester has surrendered to law enforcement.

Authorities say 22-year-old Diogene Nsengiyumva turned himself in after opening fire towards a 27-year-old man at a convenience store Wednesday.

Nsengiyumva and the victim were involved in a dispute before the shooting that man ended up being seriously hurt.

Nsengiyumva is facing several charges including assault.
