Suspected Serial Thief Arrested by Portsmouth Police

A Rochester man suspected in a series of robberies at Seacoast Home Depot stores was arrested Friday.

Seacoast Current reported Portsmouth police stopped a vehicle after a robbery at a Home Depot and 35-year-old Scott Lamarco was arrested.

He was charged as a fugitive from justice on an arrest warrant out of Sanford, Maine.
