Tilton Man Dead Following Saturday Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash in Northfield

State police are investigating Saturday’s late morning, single-vehicle rollover crash in Northfield that left a Tilton man dead.

Troopers say they got the call just after 10 a.m. about the incident on Interstate 93.

State investigators reportedly determined that 52-year-old Jeff Aalto had been headed south when he suddenly veered off the left side of the road, at which point the vehicle overturned at speed multiple times before coming to rest on its side.

Aalto was declared dead at the scene.

No other injuries were reported.
