Tough Housing Market in New Hampshire

The housing market in New Hampshire is struggling.
That’s mostly due to rising interest rates and rising home prices, according to Keller Williams realtor Tommy Bolduc.
He tells WMUR-TV many folks are priced out of the market right now.
Closing sales in the state are down about 30% year-over-year, and the median sales price is up over 11%.
