Town Considers Ban On Kratom Sales

The Seabrook community is considering banning the sale of a potentially deadly drug.

There are growing concerns about the rising use of kratom, especially the synthetic version that’s been known to take the lives of users.

Critics in Seabrook say products marketed as kratom could contain synthetic or enhanced parts of the drug, which has been known to be addictive.

An attempt to ban kratom statewide has already failed.
