Trio Charged with Kidnapping in Manchester

Three Manchester residents face kidnapping and other charges for allegedly holding a woman against her will.

Officers responded to the intersection of Union and Pearl streets around 8 a.m. Sunday for reports of an injured woman screaming.

The suspects are identified as 23-year-old Scott Frost, 33-year-old Ashley Zachary and 42-year-old David Hanson.
