Trump Hopes Sununu Runs

President Donald Trump is hoping former NH Governor Chris Sununu considers running for the U.S. Senate seat after Jeanne Shaheen said she would not seek re-election.

Sununu has been mentioned as a potential contender for that U.S. senate seat.

Even though, President Trump and the former Governor have had their differences, Trump thinks that Sununu could win that seat.  Sununu recently sat down with the President at the White House to discuss a possible run.

On the Democratic side, 4-term NH Congressman Chris Pappas announced last week  that he is running for that seat.
