Two Manchester Residents Face Charges

Two Manchester residents face multiple charges in connection with an altercation between several men early Sunday night on Russell Street.

Charges against 52-year-old Larry Laing and 51-year-old Joshua Robinson include kidnapping, simple assault and attempted robbery.

A 46-year-old man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
