Two Nurses Face Charges for Alleged Roles in Fentanyl Thefts
A pair of New Hampshire nurses are facing federal charges after they allegedly stole fentanyl in separate incidents over the past year.
Prosecutors say Robin Nichols and Lisa Richardson each entered ‘not-guilty’ pleas Friday in a Manchester federal courtroom.
Nichols’ alleged offense dates back to mid-April, when prosecutors say she swapped some saline solution for the highly regulated narcotic.
The accusation in Richardson’s case dates back to December of 2022, when she allegedly switched out an IV bag filled will fentanyl for one containing a saline solution.
Separate trials for both nurses are set for January 24th in Manchester.
