US Retired General Says Sanctions May Be Impacting Putin’s Inner Circle

A Retired Army General told Good Morning New Hampshire getting US Fighter jets to Poland and then Ukraine will help the country resist and limit Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“The Russian military is having to adjust on the move. Adjust the battle.  Putin is changing his mind, we just don’t know what he will do next”, Brigadier General Kevin Ryan told Jack Heath.

General Ryan also said the economic sanctions are having an impact on his inner circle.
