Voter Suppression AI Robocalls Source Identified

The source of robocalls received by New Hampshire voters that appeared to be an AI generated voice of President Joe Biden has been identified.

The Attorney General’s Office said the source of the calls urging residents not to vote in last month’s presidential primary was identified as Texas-based Life Corporation and an individual named Walter Monk.

The AG’s Election Law Unit has issued a cease-and-desist order to Life Corporation.

It is also issuing subpoenas for records to Life Corporation and other entities that may have records relevant to the ongoing investigation.
