Weare Man Sentenced to Federal Prison

A 32-year-old Weare man was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Concord to ten years in federal prison.

Brian Elliott pleaded guilty in June to drug dealing and firearms charges.

On May 22nd, 2021, authorities said he threatened to shoot a police officer as he fled from a traffic stop in Goffstown.

He was arrested two days later after a standoff at a hotel in Manchester.
