Weekend Shooting Victim in Manchester Identified

The Manchester man shot and killed Saturday in the city is now identified as 42-year-old Carlos Rodriguez.

He was found around two a.m. by responding officers in the vicinity of Lowell Street and he later died at Elliot Hospital.

An autopsy found Rodriguez was shot multiple times.

The investigation is ongoing.
