Woman Who Jumped in River Located, Arrested

The woman who allegedly jumped into the Merrimack River to elude deputies the night of June 28th, was arrested Friday.

Acting on a tip, Hillsborough County deputies took 27-year-old Elise Poirier into custody at an apartment in Manchester.

She was wanted on charges including drug possession and failure to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court.
