Arrest Made After Person Killed by Vehicle in Manchester

An arrest has been made after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Manchester over the weekend.

According to authorities 33-year-old Kimberly Hill was under the influence of alcohol when she struck 70-year-old Paul Hilliker on Sunday night in the area of Alsace Street and Kelley Street.

Hilliker was pronounced dead when emergency crews got to the scene.
