Gilford Student Clothing Drive for Homeless
Delilah Smock, 17, could be described as a stereotypical high school student.
As unofficial co-president of the Environmental Club, Delilah started a clothing drive.
She placed bins near the front entrance of Gilford High School, where she received a large sum of clothes, and she also accepted donations from students before classes started.
Two goals were achieved, fighting fast fashion while also serving the local community by making donations to people experiencing homelessness.
