Defense Witness List in Manchester Murder Trial

The defense team in Adam Montgomery’s upcoming murder trial has released its witness list, which includes just two names.

The Manchester man is accused of killing his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony, in 2019.

One of the people on the defense witness list is Michael Harju, an inmate at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

The other is Michelle Raferty, of Massachusetts.

It’s unclear what her connection is to the case.

The defense said it might also call any witness on the state’s list, which consists of about 200 people, including 25% of Manchester’s police force.
