Demoulas Files Countersuit

Former Market Basket CEO Arthur T. Demoulas is countersuing the company after it filed a lawsuit against him.

Demoulas was fired last month after failed mediation with the board of directors.

His lawsuit claims the board’s actions were improper.

Demoulas said he’s not asking for money.

Instead, he wants the court to find that the board’s actions were unlawful and to reinstate him.
