House Fire In Canterbury

A home in Canterbury is a total loss after a fire.

The fire occurred just after 1 p.m.  yesterday afternoon on Southwest Road.

When firefighters arrived on the scene, flames were spreading from the garage and up above the house.

Everyone who was inside the home at the time of the fire made it out safely.

Investigators say a malfunctioning vehicle recently parked in the garage is being examined as a possible source of the blaze
