Route 11 In Alton Closed

Route 11 in Alton is closed this morning after a head-on crash which occurred around 6:30 near Heron Point Road.

Police say two vehicles were involved and there are reports of serious injuries.

Be advised that the road is expected to stay closed for a period of time this morning.
